At Polly Gonzalez High School, learning feels like moving through the world with your eyes wide open.

You will see young people building projects that matter. You will hear questions that start in a classroom and end up in the community. You will feel the difference of a school designed around trust, relevance, and purpose.

Polly Gonzalez High School was founded in 2006 in honor of Polly Gonzalez, the Las Vegas news anchor remembered for her integrity, her curiosity, and her deep belief in the power of community voice. That legacy lives on here, not just in a name, but in a daily commitment: young people are not just preparing for the future. They are shaping it.

As a proud member of the Nevada Future of Learning Network, Polly Gonzalez High School has deeply integrated the Portrait of a Nevada Learner across every pathway, project, and partnership. Learning here is learner-centered and future-ready, grounded in the real needs, stories, and possibilities of Silver County.
