Flexible Classrooms and Makers Spaces

Learning in this space is active, creative, and adaptable. Furniture moves easily, walls invite ideas, and tools are always within reach. One moment it’s a design studio, the next it’s a lab, workshop, or collaboration hub. This environment supports experimentation, iteration, and hands-on problem solving, encouraging young people to learn by building, testing, and refining their thinking in real time.

Cafeteria with Hydroponics

More than a place to eat, this cafeteria is a living system. Hydroponic towers grow fresh food right inside the space, connecting nutrition, science, sustainability, and daily life. Thanks to the class of 2036 and our community partner Green Our Planet for bringing us these amazing hydroponics. Young people see where their food comes from, learn how it’s grown, and understand the relationship between wellness and learning. Meals here nourish both bodies and curiosity.

Media and Production Studio

The media studio is a full production environment where stories are created, edited, and shared. Equipped for video, audio, broadcasting, and digital design, it supports individual creators and large teams alike. Young people learn how to use their voices, shape narratives, and produce work that reaches beyond the campus walls. This is where ideas turn into impact.

Rooftop Lounge and Solar Terrace

The rooftop is both a learning environment and a statement of values. Solar panels power the campus while doubling as real-world learning tools, making renewable energy visible and tangible. Woven between them are collaborative lounge areas shaded by sculptural structures designed and built by young people as part of long-term projects. These artistic forms provide shelter, spark conversation, and reflect the belief that sustainability, creativity, and problem-solving belong together. With views of the Nevada desert and mountains, the rooftop connects innovation to place and purpose.

Tree House Collaboration Area

Set within the flow of the school, the tree house collaboration area invites imagination and connection. Elevated yet accessible, it offers a sense of retreat without isolation. This is where ideas are shared, projects are shaped, and conversations unfold naturally. By bringing wonder into everyday spaces, the school reinforces that collaboration can feel playful, safe, and deeply human.

Underground Gymnasium and Athletics Space

This gymnasium balances tradition and innovation. It supports competitive sports, physical education, and community events, while also integrating AI-enabled tools that help athletes track performance, prevent injury, and personalize training. Whether on the court, in practice, or analyzing data, young people learn about movement, teamwork, and resilience in ways that prepare them for the future of athletics.

Presentation Space and Showcase Theater

This presentation space reimagines what it means to share learning. Designed like a futuristic lounge theater, it blends cutting-edge technology with comfort and community. Circular booths and tables replace traditional seating, encouraging dialogue, collaboration, and reflection. A dynamic LED stage anchors the room, illuminated in the school’s colors and featuring the logo as a symbol of shared identity. Whether showcasing projects, hosting community conversations, or celebrating milestones, this space elevates young people’s work and treats their ideas with the same care and production value as world-class innovation launches.

Hallway Solo Pods for Study and Virtual Calls

Built directly into the school’s circulation spaces, these solo pods offer quiet, focused environments for deep work, virtual meetings, and reflection. Sound-controlled and thoughtfully designed, they give young people agency over how and where they learn. The pods recognize that focus and flexibility are essential skills in modern learning and work.

Snack Shack and Hydration Stand

Inspired by a café but designed for wellness, the snack shack serves fresh juices, smoothies, and nourishing food. It’s a place to refuel, connect, and pause between projects. Located along a main hallway, it activates the space throughout the day and reinforces the idea that hydration, nourishment, and learning are deeply connected. The chocolate covered crickets and ants are the perfect crunch to keep your day going.

Zen Space and Future Wellbeing Expansion

This calming environment offers a place to reset, breathe, and regulate. Designed with light, plants, and quiet textures, it supports mental health and emotional balance.

COMING SOON: this space will expand into a comprehensive wellbeing area featuring cortisol reduction supports, biorhythm rebalancing, sensory therapy, and restorative technologies. It reflects the school’s commitment to caring for the whole learner, mind and body together

Cactus Garden and Desert Research Quad

At the heart of the campus, the cactus garden serves as a living laboratory dedicated to desert ecology. Native cacti and desert plants are thoughtfully arranged for observation, research, and hands-on study, allowing young people to explore plant adaptation, water conservation, and climate resilience. Pathways invite slow exploration, while shaded gathering areas support instruction and collaboration. This space reinforces place-based learning, honoring Nevada’s landscape as both context and teacher.

We've reimagined the daily ride as a meaningful part of the learning experience. Designed as a mobile classroom, the bus is equipped with interactive learning tools, both analog and digital, that invite curiosity, creativity, and collaboration before students even arrive on campus. Each day, learners are welcomed by a trained Ride Guide who helps facilitate exploration, conversation, and reflection, turning the journey to school into a shared moment of connection and discovery.
